(2) board certified physicians and;

(2) mid-level practitioners;

who desire FLEXIBLE HOURS, A GOOD INCOME, AND ENJOY THE CHALLENGE OF PRACTICING MEDICINE OUTSIDE OF A HOSPITAL IN RURAL COMMUNITIES.

We visit skilled nursing facilities, assisted living sites, and private residences. We work closely with hospitalists in each community to ensure a safe hand-off for all patients from hospital to home.

Our EMR ensures excellent communication and drastically reduced paperwork. All back office support is taken care of, so you have more time to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.
